1st class hotel with garden views of the lake and nice staff. Large room, exceptionally comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A lot of food at breakfast, such as cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Superb service and great value. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Nice stay, as always.

High-class, spotless, big hotel, the location is stunning and excellent in a lovely area of Ajijic Mexico. The rooms are wonderful and fine, and are complete with original wood furniture and aircon and great beds.

The hotel is located in an affluent neighborhood with beautiful houses and gardens, providing a great opportunity for a leisurely walk. It is also close to the lake, offering stunning views. Guests can enjoy meals at the restaurant located on the premises.

The service from the staff was poor, with understaffing leading to a lack of service in the pool area and delayed room cleaning.

Got double room with a round table and the garden, for example as expected. The breakfast had a wide array of food, including reasonably priced cereals, yogurt and fruit.

As a solo traveler, I loved the lakeside view and convenient location near the plaza and lake shore. The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool area was well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The breakfast options were delicious with a great variety to choose from. It was a quiet and safe place to stay, ensuring a good night's sleep. I enjoyed my 6-day stay and would definitely return.

i was offered a room with good views over the lake. also, location was marvellous and gorgeous, not very far from church of ajijic.

The views of the lakes are stunning and the location is convenient for exploring. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and tried their best. The gardens are beautiful and the pools and jacuzzi are well-maintained. The restaurant offers delicious food.

Although I didn't dine at the hotel, I found a solid menu and timely service at Tango nearby. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds.
